Ekone is a Willapa Bay shucker / packer that has created a savory selection of smoked oyster flavors. Willapa Bay oysters are first steamed, then opened and
dipped in brine. The brine variety is what gives each selection
its own unique flavor. The oysters are then smoked on racks with alder smoke. Smoked oysters are packed in soybean oil, which adds flavor and softens the oysters. One or all of Ekone's five flavors will please the smoked oyster lover.
